@Dakos I uninstalled it when it happened and the issue was not resolved and I do have the software driver enabled in the menu

I don't know if this happened to anyone but when I used the free 2+ key the app crashed and when I opened it up again the key wasn't activated nor did I use the key for anything then when I tried to redeem the key again I was set on a timer for 24 hours without even using the key, also the game crashes a lot without any crash reports or anything coming up also the keyboard switches up my keys I have a macro on a side mouse button and when I activate it, it either switches or doesn't work at all for the keys even if I assign the key to the proper mouse button. little disappointed with having to wait a full day to use it again when I didn't even use it

This is a problem that I can't figure out nor anyone else that I've talked to, when you try to assign a key back to the original let's use a side mouse button, and rust I have a side button to drag loot but when I use the app and assign the mouse button to that mouse button it won't let you hold it down to drag loot you can only press down on it same for a keyboard key. there's also another problem where the side mouse buttons get switched for no reason when opening the app and the profiles are messed up so when you change a profile half of the assigned keys I have won't work and I have to go in and change them all back to the original. the last thing I noticed is when you open the app and click activate it has a tendency to crash and crash a ton I've tried installing it again and nothing seems to work.
