Macro upload non unique

I was trying to upload a fixed version of a macro with different combinations to accommodate the new updates in Apex Legends that worked for me, but it got flagged as a non-unique file. Do I have to make a whole new file from scratch for it to be accepted? Just wondering, so I know for next time, thank you! : )

TaigaXZ Lack of uniqueness can be due to the following factors: You used someone else's file as a base and edited it.
For personal use, edit as much as you like, but for publishing, these should only be your own files.

Another factor: Simple structure. Structure is what your macro consists of. For example, pressing one, two, three, or ten keys in a row. This is a simple file that was likely created by other users long ago.

Neither your delays, which you spend "several hours perfecting," nor other editing processes play a role here.
