It was designed to ensure the smoothest and most uninterrupted performance of squats during the game. In particular, this macro is designed to solve the problem of using the left mouse button (LMB) at D.A.C.S. to make the gameplay easier for you.

At the moment, this macro is optimized for the following settings: 1920x1080p resolution, 400 DPI mouse resolution and 5.0 in-game sensitivity (1.0 ADS without sensitivity to optical advertising). However, if you need to adapt D.A.C.S. to other settings, you can always contact me with a request, and I will develop additional versions of the macro that take into account your DPI and resolution.
