Here's a real 144-frame super glide, if you're having a hard time finding a macro for a super glide because they're all bad here, try this one. I understand you, I downloaded them all and they were all bad, so I took the best one and redid it, the delay was a bit knocked down, but I found the official necessary milliseconds between jumping and squatting to fix it.

Tie the mouse to the side button and press it as if you were doing a super glide squat, you can also tie it to the squat button, but it will be more intrusive.
