This macro is designed for farming on a location at the beginning of the game, it is suitable for use on a single spot, as you will have to periodically restore energy (approximately 3-4 auto attacks on any opponent). The effectiveness is noticeable from level 15-20, but it is not optimized for late gaming. I tested it at level 30, and, accordingly, the best results will be achieved starting from this level.
