The macro "FastZoom shot" for "CS: 1.6" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.

The macro «Fast zoom shot with AWP-Scout» allows you to quickly and accurately aim and shoot with an AWP or Scout sniper rifle in the CS 1.6 game.
1. Hold down the «Shift» button to activate the zoom.
2. Hold the «Right Click» button to activate sniper mode.
3. Simultaneously release «Shift» and «Right Click» for instant zoom and ready to shoot.
4. Press the «Left Click» button to fire a shot.
