While playing Dota 2, when using a macro on the hero Ark, he summons his clone and applies active items on himself and on the clone. To do this, you can use the Z key for the first active item, and the V key for the second active item. These items can be, for example, Orchid, Manta Ray, Hex, Nulifer, Butterfly and so on. 

If you sneak up on the enemy in the Pasified Spires, then thanks to the combination of the first and third active item, none of the opponents will be able to escape. First you can use the first active item - this will add a slowdown for 10 seconds, and then apply the third active item - this is a stun for 10 seconds. 

I also recommend setting the automatic selection of summoned creatures in the Dota 2 settings, and for combos you need to hold the mouse pointer on the opponent.
