The macro "invo combo refresh" for "Dota 2" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.

Macro Combo with Refresh for Invoker:
You should have the following keys configured: «Ghost Walk» - F, «Sun Strike» - D, «Blink Dagger» - 1, «BKB» - 3, «Refresher Orb» - space. You should also have a meteor face ready.
1) Press the F key to activate Ghost Walk.
2) Press the D key to trigger Sun Strike.
3) Press the 1 key to use Blink Dagger and move to the target.
4) Press the 3 key to activate BKB and gain spell immunity.
5) Press the space bar to use the Refresher Orb and restore all your abilities.
6) After using the space bar, press the D key again to reuse Sun Strike.
7) Then select Invoker and activate the meteor face using the appropriate keyboard shortcut.
This macro will allow you to quickly and efficiently perform combos using Refresh for Invoker with 3500 Hp.
