The macro "Skill farm 10" for "Forza Horizon 5" can be downloaded and used on any mouse and keyboard.

For this macro, in the Keyran program, select the event «10sp in 30 seconds for pharma SP» with the code 486 596 097.
Be sure to turn on auto-replay.
Choose an S2 class car (I didn't have the Lamborghini Siesto listed in all the guides, so I used the BMW X5 Forza Edition, but any S2 class car will do).
If your car does not manage to reach the finish line while the macro is running, increase the time you hold down the «W» key (2 lines, 1 second = 1000 ms).
Turn on the macro when the race starts, and at the end the script will automatically restart the race, so you can leave it running for a few hours.
