This macro in the Keyran program for the GTA 5 RP game allows you to automatically hold the E key for a certain time required to perform the mining action. 

By default, the macro holds the E key for 6 seconds, which is enough to start mining. Then, it waits 10 seconds to give the opportunity to stop the current mining animation, which usually lasts about 7 seconds. 

Additionally, the macro waits another 3 seconds to avoid explicit detection of its use by server administrators. This is done in order not to attract unwanted attention and avoid possible penalties.
