You might not have known that there is a bug in the GTA V game called «Super Brake». It consists in the fact that by pressing the Alt+F4 key combination while driving at high speed, and then Esc, you can instantly stop on your vehicle. 

This macro is a similar logic of actions, but it works much faster. You just need to assign it to any key that suits you.

Click the «Open File» button and select the downloaded file.
Assign a macro to a key and run the program.
