Here is my personal advice from a player with experience in the Icarus game. I played on the first server before it was closed and now I'm playing on the new Foenix server. I've been playing magicians most of the time, so I recommend installing the following skills on certain keys: 
- Ice Claw on key 2
- Frost bomb on the F2 key
- Ice squall on the 5 key

This is just the beginning, and now remember the most important thing. I set up the taming on the 1 key, the fire fang on the 3 key, and what do you think, that on the F3 key? Of course, a fire bomb! And on the 4 key I put lightning (Thunderstorm).

Now that you've memorized your skills, here's the macro I tested. However, if you want, you can change the delay between taps, but I do not recommend doing this, because pressing too fast can confuse the game. Everything is ready to use this combo against medium-sized monsters. Weak monsters are instantly killed by this attack.
