To use this macro on a server with an available NPC that restores the MP, follow these steps. Open the nipple creation window and start a conversation with the NPC that provides this service. After that, move the MP recovery button to the place where the nipple creation button is located on your crafter. Now run the macro. It will automatically restore your MP when needed and continue crafting nipples.
