This macro provides ease of use and greatly helps in PvP battles. First you need to place the items on the corresponding slots: on slot 1 - a sword / blade, on slot 3 - a hilt / frostic, and so on. 

1. This macro is especially useful for bench press and pits, as it provides a great recovery of health and often triggers a critical hit.
2. If you are being aggressively attacked, you can use the -2 combination and get away from danger.
3. When extracting resources in the 5 pb zone (block space), you can use the z4 hulk to make a 1x1 hole.
