The macro "1и4" for "Other" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.

Macro for effective farming by a barbarian in Diablo 3:
1. Resistance to pain with the rune bravada:
- Assign the «1» button to activate this skill.
- When you press the «1» button, Pain Resistance is activated with the Bravada rune, which increases your defense.
4. Anger of the Berserker with the madness rune:
- Assign the «4» button to activate this skill.
- When you press the «4» button, the Berserker's Anger turns on with the madness rune, increasing your attack.
