It is very important to customize the macro to your needs. I suggest using the following scheme: pressing the «Tab» key - attack - loot selection. If the character cannot find a mob to attack, he will expect a new target. There is a cyclic pressing of the keys «Tab», «attack», «loot selection».
Don't forget to activate buffs and use experience scrolls.
P.S. Are you a beginner? Don't know how to create an attacking macro in the game? Press the «R» key, then select «New» and drag the «Repeat tasks» arrow to the beginning of your macro. Then add your skills by dragging them from the Skills panel. For close combat, it is recommended to add an auto-attack to the macro. Click «Save» and check its operation by dragging it to the panel.
