AK-47+
Description
The macro "AK-47+" for "RUST" can be downloaded and used on simple mouse and keyboard.

Set the FOV to 90 and the sensitivity to 0.5.
The macro will automatically aim at the target at a distance of 50-180 meters, but a small correction will be required at a distance of 200 meters.
