The macro "Ak 47" for "RUST" can be downloaded and used on simple mouse and keyboard.

Hi! I wrote this macro and checked its operation. If someone needs it, you can use it.
Settings before use:
- Sensitivity: input.sensitivity 0.8 (recommended from 0.6 to 0.9)
- Viewing angle: graphics.fov 90.
