The macro is intended for use without the use of a laser sight, with the exception of a flashlight. The information is current as of 11.02.2021. 
However, I still recommend trying to use a macro with a laser sight, but I do not advise relying on it.

Click the «Open File» button and select the downloaded file.
Assign a macro to a key and run the program.
