Description
The macro "MP5A4" for "RUST" can be downloaded and used on any mouse and keyboard.
Installing the macro is in the Keyran program and increases your skill level in the game, if you follow the instructions!
The macro is optimized for devblog version 203 of the game, but it can also work with newer versions. 
To use it, certain FOV and Sensetivity settings are required:
FOV 85 - Sensetivity 0.88
FOV 90 - Sensetivity 0.82

Assign a macro to a key and run the program.
