This macro is designed to play Rust and is optimized to use the sensitivity setting 0.66, when using a homemade sight with a sensitivity of 0.53 or a holographic sight with a sensitivity of 0.80. It is recommended to set the field of view to 85 and at least 50 frames per second for best performance. The macro can be additionally configured to use a silencer, laser sight or under-barrel flashlight, at the player's request.

To adjust the macro, it is recommended to use the standing, sitting or moving position. If the player uses additional modules, such as a silencer, a laser sight or a flashlight, he needs to adjust the sensitivity depending on where the sight leads vertically. If the sight leads up, the sensitivity must be increased, if the sight leads down, then decrease.
