This macro is designed for playing Rust and has a number of options that can be customized to your needs. First you need to set the sensitivity that controls the speed of rotation of the camera. It is recommended to set the value to 0.66 with the input.sensitivity command. 
The macro also includes two types of sight - homemade and holographic, with different accuracy values. Connecting a holographic sight will increase the accuracy to 0.80. It is important to set the correct viewing angle, which should be equal to 85 degrees. 

To get a smooth game, it is recommended to keep the frame rate at least 50. 
For a quieter game, you can include a silencer, a laser sight or an under-barrel flashlight in the macro. They are optional, but add more flexibility to the game.
