The macro "Autopharm samp" for "GTA San Andreas Multiplayer" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.

Macro for autopharm money at the factory in the game SAMP. We approach the door of the factory and put the character in it. Create a bind on any convenient button, set the macro repetition mode «repeat until you click again». We run the macro and go to drink tea. The macro will farm money on its own, approximately 40k per hour.
