If you are in the mine and have left the safe zone, then 2 cobblestones appear in front of you. You need to approach them, sit between them and place the mouse cursor so that it points to one of the cobblestones. Then turn on the macro.
Now you can farm two Luzhniki to gain experience and loot.
Please note that this macro is optimal for FULL HD screen resolution.
