Hotkey to start and stop does not work

Hello, I have a problem with the hotkey to start and stop the program. If I want to start it via Anydesk, it doesn't work, but it works via remote desktop. setting the hotkey works, only starting and stopping doesn't work. what can be the cause. in addition the VM does not have a keyboard and mouse.

Thanks for the fast respond. I removed the tick but it still doesn't work. I will probably have to solve it via Remote Desktop.

Is also an improvement suggestion for future versions to provide support for Anydesk or Teamviewer.
