Assign a macro to a key that is convenient for you and follow the instructions:
1. Configure the Apex Legends game to scroll the wheel up as «forward movement» and scroll the wheel down as «jump».
2. Start the macro, hold down the crunch key and simultaneously hold/release the keys with the scroll wheel up and down.
3. Scroll the wheel up to change directions and scroll the wheel down for a bath hop.
