The macro is designed specifically to work with the PKK-203 weapon, which holds 45 rounds and has no modifications or skills affecting shooting. When shooting for a long time, a slight swing of the sight to the sides is possible — this is a feature of the gameplay.

I recommend running the macro with the key held down and disabling acceleration in the mouse settings to avoid unwanted movements. Use a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 and adjust the mouse sensitivity to 20. Don't forget to disable vertical sync for better performance.
