The macro "Auto bullet" for "CS: 1.6" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.

Set the bind to any key of your choice, and this script automatically acquires all the necessary cartridges. Unlike the standard purchase of weapons, this script provides ammunition for all types of weapons, not just for, say, AK-47. This can be useful when playing against bots or on servers where there is no automatic purchase of cartridges.
