Bhop is a special rapid movement technique in the CS 1.6 game that allows the player to jump with rotation for faster and more efficient transportation from point A to point B. The basic idea is to use the character's movement at maximum speed to gain benefits from the physics of the game. 
To maximize this technique, it is necessary to have a high frame rate (FPS), since the more FPS, the faster the player gains speed.
