1. First you need to complete Simon's mission called «Confiscation - Car Theft».
2. After launching the mission, open the MODEST MENU and go to the «TUNABLES» tab. Scroll down the list and find the «Min Mission Payout» parameter. Set it to the maximum value.
3. Go to the main page of the MODEST MENU and find the «WORLD» section. Hover over the «Kill all Mission Vehicles» option.
4. Now run our unique macro and go for a walk while it handles all tasks automatically).
