A directional shield is a strategeme that activates through a backpack and creates a wide energy barrier in front of the player when using a one—handed weapon.

To make the macro work correctly, set the stratagem button to the «click» type. In the game settings, select the arrows to activate the stratagems.

The advantage of using arrows is the ability to move while entering a command for the stratagem, which gives you additional mobility in combat and allows you to dodge enemy attacks while remaining safe behind a protective wall.
