Place the Juno Inhabitants scroll in the F5 hotbar slot and make sure that your main bag has an empty slot. The wrapped chocolate should be located in the second cell of the first row of the inventory. The macro will automatically purchase a chocolate box from the first NPC, fill it with wrapped chocolate that occupies all 9 cells, and then teleport your character to the second NPC to exchange for prizes.
