After that, I switch to the main weapon (slot 7), click several times if my character is stuck. Then I switch the mode to defense using slot 0. This whole cycle repeats every 5 minutes. This macro is suitable for any class with a gladiator subclass. It is important to remember that in this case, slot 0 is left empty.
