The working version of the lunge swap (replacing a jerk with a spear) is an effective macro that allows Minecraft players to perform maneuvers using a jerk. For it to work correctly, you need to attach any item with a 300 millisecond recharge to one of the inventory slots, and assign a spear associated with the R button as the item you will use for the dash.

This macro works on the principle of activation: As soon as you hold down the assigned key, the lange swap will be performed continuously until the button is released. Unlike other options already proposed, this version has significantly improved stability and reaction speed.
