If you are new to the role of a taxi driver on the MTA Province server and face difficulties in finding customers, I can share my experience with you. Personally, I spent a lot of time searching for clients on the second server, so I decided to simplify this task and create a unique macro. 
Something like this will look like the work of the macro:

1. Launch the game and log in to the MTA Province server.
2. Run the Keyran program and configure the macro for convenience. Select the up key as activation.
3. In the game, as soon as the client appears, we just press the up key to activate the macro.
4. The macro automatically moves the cursor to the first customer and clicks the accept order button.
5. We receive the order and continue to work.

Now, thanks to this unique macro, you can save time and easily accept orders on the MTA Province server. Don't forget to configure the Keyran program so that everything works smoothly.
