The macro "afk" for "MTA Province" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.
Installing the macro is very simple in the Keyran program and increases your skill level in the game, if you follow the
instructions!
This macro is designed for AFK mode: it periodically presses the W, A and D keys, preventing automatic disconnection from the game. This script works on any resolutions and sensors, however, an important condition is the use of the Keyran driver. Its use is not suspicious. Set up the binding for any key, set it to work only when you hold down this key, and then you can freely move away from the computer.
