This macro was specially created for the Multi Theft Auto (MTA) game and is intended for use on a pleasure boat in Privolzhsk. You need to make sure that your FPS (number of frames per second) is 60 and the ping (connection delay) is 20 for the stable operation of the macro. This has been tested in four out of four cases, so it can be considered reliable (for less/more powerful computers and/or Internet connections, incorrect operation and delays are possible).
