Description
The macro "Change knife" for "Point Blank" can be downloaded and used on any mouse and keyboard.
Installing the macro is very simple in the Keyran program and increases your skill level in the game, if you follow the instructions!
The macro is designed for the game Point Blank. When the macro is executed, the keys are pressed sequentially. Button 5 is pressed first, and then button 3. This is my first experience of creating a macro, please do not judge strictly for its simplicity.

Click the «Open File» button and select the downloaded file.
Assign a macro to a key and run the program.
