A wonderful macro that will greatly improve your shooting with semi-automatic weapons. Set the Vertical Sensitivity Multiplier to 92 in the settings and your shooting with AKM will become much more comfortable. However, if you prefer other automatic rifles, you will have to raise the sight up a little. In return, all 5.56 caliber rifles (with the exception of machine guns) will fire accurately and without displacement.
