Set the macro to the desired button.
In the game, open the console with the F1 key and enter the command «input.sensitivity 0.4» or «input.sensitivity 0.5» to avoid recoil in a standing and sitting position.
If you want to use the kalimator, set the sensitivity value to 0.66. Then just log in to the server and enjoy the game.
