For optimal operation of the macro, it is recommended to set the following settings: turn off the driver and binding to the window. It is also necessary to set the necessary sensory sensitivity in the game and the desired viewing angle (FOV). 
To do this, enter the appropriate commands in the console: input.sensitivity 0.66 and graphics.fov 90. After that, the macro will work optimally and will allow you to accurately hit the target.
