The macro is intended for use on the Arizona RP server, where VK coins are added for which you can buy items. It differs from regular autoclickers in that it only works with the Keyran program, and you don't need to download other autoclickers if you already have Keyran installed. 

This macro is configured for 7,000,000 cycles of pressing the left mouse button and releasing without delay (clicks occur faster than 1 millisecond). It will automatically perform the necessary clicks to accumulate VK coins on your account.
