The macro "Running + Resistance!" for "Scum" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.
Installing the macro is in the Keyran program and increases your skill level in Scum, if you follow the
instructions!
Just find a convenient place near the wall and set your character at point-blank range. Then activate the macro, which will simultaneously press the «Run» and «Endurance» keys. This will allow you to quickly and effectively upgrade these skills. If you want to use this macro for a long time, it is recommended to purchase a license for the Keyran program. This will provide you with full access to all program features and updates.
