Choose a single enemy that uses a one-handed weapon. Equip a shield and choose a basic recovery spell. Put on the armor with the highest class. Find an angle where the enemy can't get around you and activate the macro, which will run for about 25 minutes. Even with a basic amount of health, it will be impossible to kill you during this time. During these 25 minutes, your recovery and blocking skills will improve. Do not change the keyboard layout to the basic one. After the first round, they won't be able to kill you anymore. Set a large number of cycles in the macro and go about your business while your blocking and recovery skills are passively pumped. This is an almost continuous pumping of these skills.
