The macro "MP5K Recoil Macro" for "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" can be downloaded and used on any mouse and keyboard.

This macro is designed to reduce recoil when firing in the scope on the MP5K.
In-game Settings:
Weapon: MP5K
Options: 1.5x sight, Open type Compensator, Vertical shutter, Laser designator
Macro Configuration:
Bind the macro to the firing button and set «start before release»
This macro is designed for a resolution of 1920x1080. If your resolution is different, you can change the y and x axis values in the macro settings.
A higher y value = more vertical movement
Lower y value = less vertical movement
You can also change the x value to compensate for the horizontal recoil.
Note: Be sure to shoot only in the scope and stop shooting immediately before running out of ammo.
