Hey man I have been talking to admins the support team literally everyone about the gift card purchase error and no one has come out with a fix or any information on it. I was supposed to get a key for reporting it and I ended up never getting it or a response from the admins about the issue.

The free 2 hour is gone and No one has replied to me about my bug or my key.

I don't.

On the right screen when i got purchase something it wont let me buy it I have money on the card and should be working.

I neevr got my key for reporting a bug a little while ago about the purchase with gift cards. They said it was fixed but never game my key?

i can't use those I cany only really use gift cards.

Hey you guys never responed if you fixed the Currency bug or anything and its still not working. and I never got sent a key so if you guys fix it please let me know.

Also, the free period has disappeared from the software.

When I logged onto bot mek today I went to purchase a key for 30 days I selected USD as Currency but when I went to proceed it went back to RUP and I could not complete the purchase because it was the wrong Currency. Therefore I am not able to use the program. Idk if it is a bug but an issue.
