A macro for effectively increasing Strength, Endurance, and Agility. With the right choice of diet, it is possible to develop all three characteristics simultaneously. 

Important! To activate the macro, you will need the SCUM Support Pack 2, which includes the Cossack dance. Please note that the macro settings are designed for a screen resolution of 1920x1080 with absolute coordinates.

The preparation for training your character should be as follows:

1. Fully loaded bags – aim for a weight of about 140-150 kg. It is recommended to use a large backpack, which can hold 21 pairs of military shorts and 2 sandbags filled to 99%. Go into the water to get things wet, which will increase the overall load. Be careful not to drown! Important: do not take the shorts and bags out of the backpack, otherwise it will be impossible to return them until they are dry. Logs, branches, or bags of gravel are suitable as an alternative. Don't forget about the homemade flamethrowers, each of which weighs 17.5 kg and can be placed on your back.

2. Proper nutrition – be sure to include high-protein foods in your diet. For example, you can use flour. Do not forget about water, as lack of fluids can reduce the effectiveness of training. Make sure not to overfeed the character, as this can slow down the development of Dexterity. You can use coffee to combat fatigue, but don't overdo it.

3. Optimal training conditions – achieve maximum strength gains by doing exercises on an inclined surface. Find the slope before running the macro.

4. After all the preparatory steps, run the macro. Your character will start dancing a Cossack, after which he will lie down on the ground for a quick recovery.
